When you leave the University for any reason, you will receive a lump-sum distribution from the Plan. You may designate the currency of your distribution as well as the country to which you would like your distribution sent. You will need to complete and return the Termination/Distribution form to provide banking transfer instructions.

You are eligible to receive your vested account balance upon retirement, termination of employment or total and permanent disability.
